Improving Lives by Changing Smiles
My life’s work as an orthodontist is to give my patients beautiful smiles. I am delighted and thankful to be in a position to make a good difference in each person’s life by increasing their oral health and boosting their self-esteem.
By the time treatment is complete, each person is filled with confidence and ready to take on the world: the joy in their eyes, and those radiant smiles, are my greatest reward!
Education and Experience
I was born in New Delhi, India. In India, I earned my Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and my Master’s in Orthodontics.
I was awarded my Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) and Master’s of Science (MS) in Orthodontics at the University of Detroit Mercy, School of Dentistry. I then completed my Orthodontic Fellowship through UCONN School of Dental Medicine and am board certified by the American Board of Orthodontists.
After practicing orthodontics for over two decades, I am more passionate than ever. Working alongside individuals who are bettering their lives, are driven and involved in the process and fill my office with positive energy and expanding smiles is what I genuinely enjoy.
Constant Learning and Professional Affiliations
I proudly hold membership at:
- American Association of Orthodontists
- American Dental Association
- Michigan Dental Association
- Detroit Orthodontic Alumni Association
- Indian Dental Association
- Indian Orthodontic Society
These entities provide me with various opportunities to educate myself from industry experts and guarantee that I am offering my patients the most sophisticated and best therapy possible.
Outside the Office
When I’m not treating patients, I prioritize spending time with my family. My spouse and I have two great children who keep us occupied with their numerous hobbies and activities. We love hiking and biking as a family and are grateful to be a part of such a great community. I joyfully volunteer at the temple and soup kitchen as a means of giving back and helping others.
